Loving kindness meditation: (LKM) is a popular self-care technique that increases the capacity for forgiveness, connection to others, self-acceptance, reducing stress, anxiety and much more. 2). Grounding Exercise: Significantly increased relaxed attentiveness during grounding with calm control of feelings and emotions and low level of mental activity, all signs of a deep meditation. A greater sense of spiritual awareness is also found. After grounding, brain waves continue to reflect a significantly calmer, peaceful alertness !:) 3). Gratitude Journaling: Studies have found that giving thanks and counting blessings can help people sleep better, lower stress and improve interpersonal relationships.
