Paella brings people together and invokes a spirit of celebration. It is a delicious dish made out of rice, fragrant saffron, garlic, herbs, vegetables, seafood and meat(if preferred). Paella is party time. Join along in learning, sharing and celebrating through opening our hearts to different cultures by indulging in the spirit of their food. Who can join? • Lover of food. • Passionate cooks • People who are open to learn and experience the food of various cultures. • Both vegetarians and non vegetarians depending on their comfort. • Children above 14 years of age (this will require using the stove, fire, lighting tools and knife). • Beginner and professionals can join but no definite cooking experience needed. Your host and chef Kriticaa Prakash, a trained cook from a 3*** Michelin star restaurant in Spain. She has travelled all over Spain immersing in the food and culture of the people and currently is working on a project to create a meditative food space in India.
